Cookie Policy

1. Types of cookies we use
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Some last only until you close your browser, and others stay until they expire or you delete them. We use two types of cookies.
Essential cookies
These cookies keep the site working. They keep you signed in, protect sign-in and account changes, remember your cookie choice, and remember settings you pick, such as your language, currency and how product lists are shown. The site can’t work properly without them, so they don’t need your consent and are always on.
Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can fix problems and improve it. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity also records how you click, scroll and move between pages. Analytics cookies are optional: depending on where you are, we either ask before using them or use them unless you turn them off.
2. How consent works
We ask before using analytics cookies if you use our UK or EU sites, if you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or Quebec, or if we can’t tell where you’re visiting from. A banner asks when you first visit, and analytics cookies stay off until you accept them.
Everywhere else, analytics cookies are on when you arrive, and you can turn them off at any time.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you haven’t made a choice on our site, we treat the signal as a request to turn analytics cookies off, and we don’t show the banner. You can still turn them on in cookie settings.
We save your choice in a cookie for 180 days. After that, the rules above apply again until you choose.
3. How to change your choice
You can change your choice at any time with the button below. If you turn analytics cookies off after they’ve been used, we remove them from your browser and reload the page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site, such as signing in and checkout, may not work.
5. How to contact us
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, or you want to make a privacy request, please contact our Data Protection Officer.
